Alpha 72 Phone Test

This is the current operating checklist for proving the installed Android app on the physical phone. It does not clear paid launch. It exists to turn the next test into evidence Codex can inspect instead of screenshots only.

What Changed In This Test Build

• Phone Control is now the first Settings card.
• Settings > Phone Control has direct smoke buttons for Open App, Back, Home, Recents, Tap Center, and Type Test.
• Phone Proof stays in the same card so a redacted self-test can be uploaded from the physical phone.
• Emulator proof already showed Open App launching Android Settings through the phone-control bridge.

Physical Phone Steps

1. Open the hosted install page on the phone.
2. Download and install NyrA.apk.
3. Open NyrA.
4. Enable the required permissions if Android asks: microphone, floating buddy/display over apps, and NyrA Phone Control Accessibility.
5. Open the NyrA panel and tap Settings.
6. Confirm Phone Control is the first card and shows Ready or an explicit recovery message.
7. In Control Smoke, press Open App. Expected: Android Settings opens.
8. Return to NyrA and press Back, Home, Recents, Tap Center, and Type Test.
9. Press Send Phone Proof.
10. Copy or screenshot the Phone Proof log ID if it appears.

Evidence That Clears This Gate

• docs/launch_command_center/mobile-phone-self-test-evidence.json changes away from NO_PHONE_SELF_TEST_LOG.
• The evidence says physicalPhone: true.
• The evidence app version is 0.1.0-alpha.72 and versionCode is 72.
• Required checks have no failures.
• The support log ID is present and can be read back from the hosted bridge or local support-log directory.

Still Blocked Until That Evidence Exists

• Physical phone bridge self-test.
• Physical phone Hide Bot, Close, and reopen proof.
• Physical phone Back/Home/Recents/tap/type proof.
• Physical phone overlay transparency proof.
• Stable Cloudflare Worker bridge at bridge.porterlabz.com.
• Paid beta, billing launch, marketing claims, and public sale.

Stable Cloud Status

• Mobile bridge Worker tests pass locally.
• Cloud bootstrap dry-run is refreshed for alpha 72 and plans R2 key alpha/0.1.0-alpha.72/NyrA.apk.
• Wrangler is not authenticated on this machine. Cloudflare discovery status is CLOUDFLARE_DISCOVERY_AUTH_NEEDED.
• To deploy the stable bridge, set CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN in the local shell or automation secret store, or run npx wrangler login from the Windows desktop.
• Do not paste Cloudflare API tokens into the dashboard, repo, chat, docs, or command center.
